regarding loan

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 January 2017 This query is : Resolved 
My father was a loan guaranteer for loan of 140000 in 1995 .Now the amount had become 217000.We dont knew anything about this.My father died in 2006 and today 30/01/2017 we recieved the notice from civil court after this we came to know about this.The loan borrower didnot paid the amount .Will the bank cover the money from us?What should we do to get rid of this?

Legally you being the legal heir of your father are entitled to inherit the assets and liabilities including the loan liability.

You should defend the case on various counts by engaging an experienced lawyer.

The civil liability does not end with the death of a person. And yes.. you need a good lawyer to proceed.

Author is an Anonymous Stated by above Child appearance Person.The Innocent querist who doesn't want to disclose his Name could post as Anonymous and Nothing Wrong Or Illegal in it.Supposing if the Author Post with Fake Name whether it could be recognized.The One who had not Posted his/her identity and details in his/her Profile for four years Obviously the above Child it self Anonymous.

Despite the fact author has not disclosed his/her identity and the experts desist reply such query (as per rules of this platform) recovery of loan at this stage, if any, is barred by limitation.
