Respected Sirs,
I am Praveen Kumar from Himachal Pradesh . I have received a call on 12 Oct 2019 from Nexon Enterprises company offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days i will earn 22000/. They asked me to provide any of my i'd proof and mail i'd by whatsapp no. 9766520439. So i send my Pan card photo copy and mail id to the above given whatsapp no. Then again they called me and told that they have sent me an mail regarding job related agreement but after check so many complaints against Nexon Enterprises i refused to work. But now they are calling me from different numbers & forcing me to pay penalty of Rs.5500/- otherwise they will file court case against me. I have not signed any contract .Kindly guide me what action i can take against such fraud company.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciaiton of facts, guidance and proceeding.

If you have not paid any money just ignore if no agreement is signed by you. You can send reply to them that said terms not acceptable.
