Marriage in temple is very ch valid. DO SO IN PRESENCE OF YOUR FRIENDS AND GET MARRIAGE PHOTOS PREPARED.
Later on get the said marriage registered under Hindu Marriage Act.

Dear Divya, Greetings.

Please inform whether you got a valid and legal Divorce and if so, through any court of Law or otherwise.

You must have a valid Photo ID proof as well as a Residential proof for both with DOB and Educational Qualification/ Passport copies etc. After marriage in temple, you can get registration in the Local Registering Authority with evidences for the conduct of marriage.

If you wish to have any help please mail or call 9994675721

Though there are few restrictions in that particular temple regarding such marriages these days, that will not cause much hurdle since you both are majors by age, both being Hindus, both accompanied by friends to witness, both ready to comply with the temple procedures and sanctity, ready to pay the prescribed charges for the purpose, you can proceed by fixing up the date and time in advance. If you find any hardship, you may contact the Executive Officer of the temple who will be able to solve the issues.
