Regarding monocular person

sir i am monocular person that mean i have 30 person vision disability.according to rule i am not considered disable because i have less than 40 percent disability sir, i want to know
any govt job recruitment anyone disqualify me on the base of eye problem and what are legal procedure regarding of it. i am not considered these jobs like police or navy

Every job has its own criteria about physical disability. You have to refer requirement of such ability individually.

Agree with Shri Devajyoti. Legal procedures/ remedies are available for illegal acts by any individual or organisation, but not for claiming anything or everything as a matter of right.

but sir i read two cases in which court give their judgement with monocular person, both two cases are against with Lic and Sbi both guys going to the court , court give the order recruitment them. i just want to know if that type of situation come infornt of me what are i do in that situation.

i have copies of both these cases if you need i can send it and i have a letter of commissioner of person of disability in which clear mention that 40 percent less disable person treated just like normal person
