Dear sir,
As i have resigned from my previous company due to some personal problems. While joining in the company i have signed on a bond for 18 months, apart from that there is no notice period. After resigning in my previous company they are asking for one month notice period money i have to pay for them other wise they will not do my Full and final settlement. In offer letter also the notice period it is not mentioned.
So am looking for solution whether i need complaint in labor court or what i need to do.
Sir i have worked three years , i have not braked the bond.
Awaiting your earliest reply

please go through the terms of your appointment letter . it must contain some provision for issue of 1 or 3 months notice period . if your appointment letter does not mention notice period then you are not bound to pay the amount clsimeed by your ex employer

Yes you can avoid paying the amount.
But try to resolve the issue out of court.
If you worked in managerial position of did while collar job , your dispute would not be entertained by the Labour Tribunal and the civil court would take lot of time to resolve the dispute.

make payment and leave . you will spend more time and money in courts.+ trouble & tension, and blocking ur money c Co. Employer do not loose anything. u loose.
I agree with Shri Sethi's & Shri Barman's reply.
There must be a condition for one month notice to resign.

you need the relieving letter /experience certifcate from the company . if you dont pay one month notice pay company wont give you experience letter/releiving letter .
you want to go to court . please note that litigation is expensive . you will spend more money on leagl fees and waste time in courts rather than paying 1 month salary to employer . you have to decide . we have advised you
