Regarding name change after marriage and Aadhar update

I have issued marriage certificate as my name is dinesh methani and my wife name is Neha burani (her name and surname is same that was before her marriage ) , so what I have to do for make her name to Neha methani and what details I have to change in Aadhar card ?

After marriage,self declaration of wife is accepted to combine the name of husband with her's.

There is no law that requires that, after marriage, wife should combine her name with that of husband or that she should adopt the surname of the husband.

If both of you are very particular, having got the marriage certificate ................subsequently you may consider joint notarized affidavit and/or apply for name change in gazette...
Keep the copies of newspaper publication and gazette...
This can suffice for subsequent name change in other docs like Aadhar etc

Be clear in your mind whether your name is "Dinesh Methani" or "224514" as you have mentioned at the column "AUTHOR" of this question?
Seek services of a local lawyer to get the surname of your wife changed.
