Confirm from banker about the fate of concerned ECS, It may be Possible that the ECS was returned due to technical mistake and is pending with the Bank. If it was successful transaction consult the Branch of Insurance Company with the details of ECS may be ECS was wrongly credited in some other account by the Insurance Company.
