Regarding notice

one of most popular insurance company successfully denied that they didnt get ecs as a partly premium.while dat lady is paying the fully amt.of her term plan.then who to write a notice to insurance company about negligent & wrongful manner?

Confirm from banker about the fate of concerned ECS, It may be Possible that the ECS was returned due to technical mistake and is pending with the Bank. If it was successful transaction consult the Branch of Insurance Company with the details of ECS may be ECS was wrongly credited in some other account by the Insurance Company.

As the ECS was returned due to technical mistake and is pending with the Bank. Then it was shown successful transaction to the Insurance Company.

Notice should not only be addressed to manager but also to GM.
