Regarding payment of salaries.

good morning every one,iam d.v.sai krishna worked for sirius transtech private limited,hyderabad, from 26th september 2014 to march 1st 2015.I have resigned for that company on 2nd march 2015.i did not get my salaries of december2014,january,february2015 and my ta bills from the joining date.Finally the total amount is 24,271 excluding my p.f.still they are making some stories every time when i went to company to ask about my money.so how to deal this issue legally...please help me

Sir,
For salary and other claim which are based on existing rights can be claimed under 33 C ID act directly before Labor court. For PF, you need to go to concerned PF Commissioner.

sir, my designation was customer support executive and my duty is to provide network at government offices like collectrate,inspectors of factories etc.I have to do work under apswan(andhra pradesh state wide area network)project.which deals with internet connections of the government offices. Sirius Transtech provides IT infrastructure support and IT management services.sir i attached my service certificate.

Send humble registered letter followed by the legal notice claiming your dues.

Discuss with local lawyer dealing with service matters.

sir,i did not send any demand letter to the company because i trusted their words every time as they are saying like your amount will be cleared in 3 days or 7 days or even in a month.I don't have that much knowledge regarding acts and rules,that's why i have waited up to now,i lost all my trust and patience over that company,this is the thing happend to me.so i came here to know how to file a case against that company.

The establishment might be covered by AP shops & Estbs Act that is so employee friendly.


There are many IT/ITeS employee's unions and have affiliated with trade unions.

You may approach the unions for support and and an able Labor Law Consultant for consultation, and under their expert advise may approach:


Inspector appointed under:

AP shops & Estbs Act


Payment of Wages Act (If your wages were upto Rs.18000/pm as per def. of wages in the Payment of Wages Act)

O/o Labor commissioner

and demand salary slip of each month, FnF statement, Form16 as per correct FnF statement, NOC/NDC , PF a/c slip of each year etc.............


In future don't give such a long rope to such unscrupulous employers.
