Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the possession of my flat. I have purchased a flat in resale 1 year back and property dealer told me that you will get the possession in 2/3 months but now 1 years is over and builder again telling not telling the date of actual possession. Right now I am paying interest to bank as well as giving the rent. Can you please tell me what can I do in this situation and how can I take compensation from the builder.
Note: Builder sold these flats in subvention scheme but mine is in resale.

If the builder is delaying giving possession and the possession of the flat is still with the builder then, you can file a complaint in the consumer forum.

what were terms and conditions in your agreement regarding possession of flat from builder . is time period mentioned in agreement . is builder a party to the agreement.
