You are very well entitled for the retirement gratuity along-with all other service benefits. Serve a legal notice and thereafter file a civil suit.

REGARDING SALARY,GRATUITY ADN PF AND OTHER DUES KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1.YOU WERE WORKING WITH GOVT.
2.IN CASE CENTRAL GOVT.EMPLOYEE ,THEN YOU HAVE TO FILE AN APPLICATION TO CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BY SUBMITING DETAILS OF ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING APPOINTMENT LETTER,CONFIRMATION LETTER AND RESIGNATION LETTER AND N.O.C AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. YOU WILL SUCCEED.
3.IN CASE OF STATE GOVT EMPLOYEES, YOU MAY SUBMIT THE ABOVEMENTIONED APPLICATION TO STATE GOVT.ADMN.TRIBUNAL.
THANKS.
