Regarding property

Father has 3 sons & 4 daughter.father has made a partition deed in which father agreed to give shares to this 3 sons house & agriculture land.Now father agreed to transfer property in the name of 2 sons only & not transfer 1 sons property to him & said he will transfer it latter.as father already sell some part of land from that sons.Now can that son can file a stay for non sale of property or can he able to a petition for transfer of property in his name? if yes than what are the procedure of doing such??or how can tht son file a stay on such property?

Well if the property of the father are all his self acquired property then he has his prerogative to transfer those in any manner he likes.
The son can get stay if the ancestral property is sought to be transferred by him.

sir but property is earned by members of joint property means father & there brother

When it is earned by father and his brothers and NOT BY FATHER AND HIS SONS the FATHER REMAINS KING OF HIS WISH AGAINST HIS SONS.
