regarding provident fund

Dear sir, my cousin brother worked for a comoany for four years and after that due to health issues he left company.. Now he is not sure about his pf settlement.. He is having pf account which belongs to Gujarat cause his corporate office was in Gujarat.is there way that we can get to know the status by quoting pf number as he is mentally stressed now? Kindly let me the procedure to get to know the status whetwhwr claim has settled or not yet...

These days almost all EPF accounts are online. Get the EPF account no. (present) and confirm.
