Sir, With due regards I want to state following few lines for your consideration please. 1. I am working as Sub-inspector in CISF. 2. Now I have been selected for Assistant Commandant in CISF through Limited Departmental Competitive exams. It is my request to please clarify my doubts if possible regarding the following : 1. whether I am eligible of retention of family accommodation during my training period of Assistant commandant i.e. for 6 Months. 2. Whether I shall be entitled for reimbursing cost of Transporting my House holdings to the place of my 1st posting as ASSTT. Commandant after training.

1.If the training is at the same headquarteres of your present station there in no problem. You can continue at request.

Yes is the answer for both the questions. For first question,it may be permitted on the grounds of children education too. For the second question, if there exists such rules you can very well claim transfer expenses reimbursement to the permitted limit.

During training, there is no change in HQ. You can retain the family quarters unless there are specific rules in the CISF to the contrary.
You are also entitled for TA and Lump sum grant while joining the first posting.

These are all governed by the service regulations of your own department. Better look into them or consult your seniors for proper guidance. It is a query relating to administrative matter, not a legal matter.

Refer your service rules. Basically you are entitled for residence at your headquarter till department specifically reject your request. Request to your department.

You are entitled for retention of married accommodation in your previous station during the period of your training. You are also entitled for cost of transportation of your luggage as per service rules.
