For filing a case regarding arrears when I will file Suit for declaration under Civil procedure code with consequential relief of grating all service benifets as were undertaken by way of service agreement excuted with me.I will have to pay court fee also.If yes what is the rate of court fee for per lakh.

If you file suit for declaration with consequential relief of clearing the arrears without mentioning the exact amount then you need not to pay any stamp duty rather if you clearly mention the amount then you shall have to pay stamp duty which is different from State to State and depending upon the amount to be recoverred.

yes, u will have to pay CF and it is different in all states.
