hello to all,
one the guy who is keeping jealousy against me, one day he made himself injured and went to police station and filed a FIR against me that I attacked him. and the police also took his fir and put me in lock up and the very same day I got the bail,
I want to ask how it is possible that anyone can go and file such type of complaints and even without any investigation how can police arrest me and put me in lockup.
please guide me

Section 324 is not a bailable and in extream cases only it is bailable and you have to prove your innocence

If there is a prima-facie case of injury supported with the statement/complaint of the complainant, the police is bound to lodge FIR and further investigation depends upon IO. If you are not found involved in the alleged crime, police shall submit discharge application against you.
