helo sir...
i am living at 3 rd grade municipality in andhra pradesh.the municipality chairpersons is a women, so her husband used to come with her regulary to the municipal office .the chairperson power has been taken by her husband in all her activities..is their any rule that chairperson husband to come along with her?

no chair person is lady only . only she can discharge all her official duties . husband cannot interfere in official discharge of duties by chairperson

There is no irregularity till her husband is sitting on the chair for visitors for some time in her office. Tf he interferes in working complaint be lodged with the commissioner.

Though as per law, the Chair person cannot take the assistance of her husband for commuting to the Municipality office every day and that he cannot interfere in her activities as a chair person, practically, nobody (general public)will dare to raise this issue, the opposite party ward counselors may raise objection to all such illegal practices, but it is fate of our country to bear with such dirty politics, which need to reformed at every level.

it is very much improper to sit in the chair of a public office holder even if the ame is his/her spouse.
The person may be chaow caused if it is brought to the notice of the higher officials that his/her chair has been occupied by other person albeit he is her spouse.
