Sir, My mother is a widow and having two son, elder one was creating nuisance on the time of father alive till 2008. Now he is tourchering me. Few month back he, his family and few unknown person entered in my house lower floor (where the bachelor tenant was living on that time locked by tenant.)by breaking the lock of that house. In this regard my mother has submit FIR in concern PS. But without making any inspection , the IO had submit the final report. And honorable court has issue a notice for presence of my mother . Now my question is this can i file protest petition in concern Honorable court,if yes under which section . Kindly help me.

It appears that the Police has already completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet; the trial appears to be in progress. In all probability your mother has been summoned as the witness; the de facto complainant is the prime witness in complaint cases.
