Regarding termination of job

Sir,
I have a query and so need the guide of yours.At present i am working as an assistant in govt.job.I want to know that,i got my job on 12th basis(intermediate) but did a cheating in 3rd part of grad exam and so does not pass my grad because of this.But i have already submitted my 1st & 2nd year marksheet to my respective company.so will my job be terminated if the company later knows in the veification procedure that i have cheated in my grad 3rd part?
It is my request to all the lawyers that please give ur needy advice in this regard.

the qualifications required for your job were that you had to clear 12 th standard exams . if you have fulfilled requirements for being selected you wont lose your job .

appear for your 3rd graduation exams again

I cannot make out that there is a govt department/PSU that selects and appoints a candidate who does not possess required education qualification and permits/allows him to get through after securing the job.

In my opinion you not only lose job, but may be proceeded against for cheating the govt. by supplying false information.

You have not mentioned, what actually was the basic educational requirement for your present job and whether graduation was compulsory or not for you to continue with the job.

You are even not clear whther it is a company or Govt deptt.

If it is a central govt deptt then Asstt is a very senior post and one just cannot walk without full qualification even if he is declared successful in examination.

You be clear with the facts so that you could get proper advise.
