Regarding the issue of experience letter

If an Employee agrees to work with our organization, with no salary. and he is working from home. For those employees if we provide an Experience letter. Is it legal ?

No question of Illegality in this. The Person had worked Honorarily with out Remuneration obviously Free of Cost but his work experience and quality of Service could be Certified and it is Valid

If they are working freely in my organization, is it violating minimum wages act ? or since he is working from home this act will not be valid ?

All this would arise only if the concerned person wishes to make any claims other wise just forget about all this.

Hi Sir, Thanks for your reply. If I made an agreement with an Employee that he needs to work with me as non paid employee, and he also agrees to work. Is that contract valid ? or the contract be consider as void or null ?
