Regarding the revision application for remand in the case of theft

(Querist) 03 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
sir, this is the case of theft, in which accused break the door of the complainant and theft inside the house hence he filed the complaint against the accused, one of them caught by the police and no remand was asked by the police, and than after certain days of his arrest we filed regular bail application before the JMFC court and court rejected it than we moved to session court, bail granted to the accused, than we filed anticipatory bail application of the other accused it was also granted but than after police filed remand application the lover court rejected the said remand application, than the police moved to the session court and filed revision application for remand of the accused so now what should we have to do? such application can be filed? or is there any authority which is in our favor that such revision application can not be granted when the reasonable time the police had? sir please guide me solidly i need your help in this case please.

the police can file the revision .

The AB once granted would have to be regularised unless the higher court than the court which granted AB has set it aside.
