Sir,
traffic police regularly sending the notice stating that i have parked the vehicle in no parking area even though i have not done so. even i made inquiry they state that it is enter in there mobile and you have to made payment for fine otherwise they will take my vehicle. this not the first time i don't know what to do kindly give me the suggestion

Demand Time date and Place, and prove in Court, that your vehicle paid Toll Tax and a Photo at 100 km away, , and the Traffic Police is asking bribe, and registering false cases, even though your vehicle was not parked there!!.

why r u waisting your time just accept notice go to concern court and confess your cases
no parking fine is only 100 rs
so maximim u will ve to spend 500 rs for all the expendture

if he was away mean ok.. but at the time of [mentioned in the notice] occurance he is in local only mean?
he cant pay toll for past.. what you will do shroff sir?
am advising you., if you are genuine mean just contest your case.. dont go for paying fine..
try to collect proof that where you are at the mentioned time..

How fresuqent are the challans.Please check your recent enemy list. Someone is manipulating. You need to cultivate evidence so that some traffic man can be booked under disciplinary action and later on you can file civil cuit on him in person for causing misuse. You can met higher police authroties and everyone in higher up knows that 2+2=4. One cannot become regular violator suddently.

Tom,
In and around Mumbai, there are lots of fly-over, and lots of Toll Naka, where we have to pay return toll, for which, they print vehicle Number, Time of Entry & erxit, as Return is valid for a day or max 24 hrs.
Just going from Borivali Court to Kalyan court, I have to Pa toll 3+3=6 times in few hours.
Those with photo at Toll naka or court compond with vehicle becomes solid proof, that my vehicle was not at Place "A" where fined for parking, but at Court, where I was pleading in Court.
It can suspend the traffic police, who will beg you, cry, with his wife, will pray to take out the case, and pay 100 times parking paid ??? Or he loose Job, if informed higher ups. Generate evidence.
So it is possible.
Why bear injustice, when you can easily prove. Start from today, for a month, and the moment a Memo come, Prove your casae, with ref to all past fines!!
Once you know name g traffic Police, investigate why and under whose instruction he was doing this monkey business!!& why??
U may know more, that may help u , saving from bigger loss!!

There is no need of photo evidence though.
But don't pay fine if it is not due.
