Sir , i am a student of l.l.b. 2 semester .at what time i can start to assist a lawyer for training purpose ??

Right now,even if you don't know any thing also assist him in typing,filing sec work etc.so that you will became familiar with the court language.

If you are able to spare time for assisting a Lawyer, you may get in touch with a local lawyer and start assisting his right now. You will be enriched with such an association and by the time you complete your LL.B., you will be familiar with court procedures and legal terminologies.

You can join any office of an advocate in your locality and continue to assist him in preparation, typewriting, filing etc, which will give an exposure and experience and it will be useful to you once you come to the profession

One more idea I had so felt like sharing , There is provision in Civil Manual (Maharashtra State) for appointment of Clerk to Lawyer . Chapter XXXII .
After some time with little experience with Advocate regarding court (Some people are afraid of court initially) then you apply for Lawyers Clerk - Rule in Civil Manual of Maharashtra is 634.
With this registration you can do little clerical work in court of your Lawyer.
You require permission of Dist. Judge for appointment of lawyers clerk in court. Dist. Judge can also permit you to work with two advocate this is what rules states.
Initial stage of getting date , or requesting court that Advocate will come after some time , etc. this work can be done. or taking notes from Brief is also allowed for lawyers clerk
You will require to apply for permit . And Its personal opinion 2-3 days person should visit court every week and do some little work as per his capacity even when in college.
After becoming LLB and then only doing work of taking date is funny thing.
Additionally I feel Lawyer clerk this should be made compulsory for third year student when they learning Procedure code etc.

I have one query for senior how to get use to Procedure Code properly.
Civil Procedure myself use to but do make error some times
Additionally I got one book where every rule application is written , so I copy application for practice .
What other thing you would recommend
Presently myself have many personal civil matter so prefer to first get grip in civil procedure / Criminal I don't have any work at present
Since student so have restriction in appearance in court also

One more thing how to remove expert from my name in profile.
See state law which I have my own cases and related law , myself use to that I can ans very well . so I want privileged of ans. queries which I can try .
It will be just like public viva and revision.
So was not sure if only student is kept whether I can reply
