Help me sir i need help

According to you there are two points:

The recruitment was not transparent
and
you filed RTI application.

Thus you are pointing out transfer is malafide.

This can be a reason to contest.

However you may show all docs and inputs on record to an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters and well versed with your service rules, before you proceed further on your own.

If your post is not protected to transfer, no relief likely to be received by adopting legal path against your transfer.

Ther is a person who belongs to that place where im now transferred is working at may earlier place with me in m our office. He also wanted to transfer to his home place where im transferred . The head did not transferred him but transferred me to harrasing me to give resign from the said post. They have made receuitment from their own relations and many of the blood relations are recruited and they have not followed the reservation policy.

You have cited many points.
Discuss with employee's union leaders as well.

Give gentle representation to authority, under proper acknowledgment.

Discuss with an able counsel specializing in labor--service matters.

you have not been able to convey any actionable wrong being done to you (partially your query is devoid of facts and partially it is devoid of understandable English)

In the given facts, the transfer could be challenged on the grounds of mala fide. The moot question is whether the your narration suggests lack of good faith.
