WILL may or may not be registered, however Witnesses to a WILL need not be allowed to read the WILL or know its contents.

The witness is to authenticate signing by the testator, not less not more than this.

The witness can affirm that testator signed in their presence.
The WILL is registered and registering authority has registered the WILL.
The witness may not have seen or may not have been shown the contents of WILL.
