Regarding witness in criminal case

I filed a private criminal case,in which sworn statement is taken but summons not issued to accused, the next date is given for list of witness,pl. advice how to give witness in a criminal case.

In private complaints (criminal)after recording the evidence of the complainant, if court desires to have additional witness to adduce evidence, you may have to provide or else the likelihood of the complaint getting dismissed or not being taken on file stands better chance.
