If you are a director you should not be an executive(working) director and should not receive director's remuneration except sitting fees. In case you hold an executive post you are barred from registering as an advocate.
Suppression or falsification of facts while applying may attract penalty including debar and suspension from the bar council of your state.

Point 1. Affidavit is for affirming that you are not engaged in any business, trade or calling. And that you are not employed.
Point 2. If you are a whole time director, you are not eligible to enroll in the Bar. If you are on the board just as a director without any remuneration or controlling powers, then you may enroll. However, if you are a whole time director, employed or receiving salary or remuneration, you may enroll in the Bar only after resigning such a post and furnish proof thereof.
