What sort of help and obligation do you expect from legal experts, not understood?

You both go and get married not in temple but before, by Marriage Officer under the Special Marriage Act,1954. This civil form of marriage where only 3 independent witnesses required. The marriage is registered and valid marriage certificate issued to the parties. No agent required for this complete process under this Act. Just get in touch with the Deputy Commissioner office in your district, usually the Deputy Commissioner is the Marriage Officer who will get you married and register your marriage. Total 30 days time required as a notice for marriage has to be given and after 30 days marriage solemnised and register, marriage certificate issued all on the same day. This also called actual Court Marriage. No religious ceremonies done only simple paperwork that you both have to do. The details you get from the Marriage Officer or DC office.

Yes. But you have to enclose the copy of the death of certificate of the spouse and the copy decree orders of the judicial Court for the divorcee for proofs (for 2nd marriage) with required enclosures as Aadhaar card etc.
