Property purchased in the year 1982 and sell it in 1985. But from 1982 to 2017 EC document reflecting on my father name only.

If you are really genuine update this information to your buyer to take necessary steps regarding this.

This is a mistake done at registrar office. By mistake( may be a clerical) in EC the entry of the transaction made in the year 1985 could not be reflected. as advised by Expert Mr. Rajkumar alias Narasimha, inform the buyer to get it be rectified in registrar office.
