Sir,I registred property favour of second wife son as minor,first wife dont have kids and she is applied for crpc 125,does first wife have authority to aquire minor property..pls suggest..

What is the religion?

Whether property was transferred by sale deed / git deed or direct fresh purchase in minor's name?

First wife is entitled for maintenance on merit of the claim but has no claim on the property of minor.

Have you legally married the second wife?

Though first or second wife has no rights or share in your own property, the property involving minor interest shall not be touched by anyone with out prior permission of court.
This has got nothing to do with the maintenance case.
