Registered release deed can be cancelled?

Can you please guide me under what circumstance oblique reason a registered release deed can be revoked or cancelled under registration of tamilnadu.

My parents expired long back and I have two sisters.. they both signed the release deed and even I have changed the patta to my name immediately but after 2.5 years one of my sister went and cancelled a release deed without my knowledge. It has been accepted in sub registrar ofice and She didn’t mention any reason in the document.

Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

Registration deed can not be cancelled. However you can file declaratory suit for declaring it as null and void.

yes it can be only by way of declaratory suit for declaring as null and void . i too endorse my friend devajyoti barman ji
