Sir i am Ricky from Jharkhand, i have a mlm business concept, which i want to register as a legal company, where my distributors can buy products and make money being in the concept of multilevel marketing system.

So, please let me know what type of registration i need and what are the legal formalities i should do for my mlm business come to the market.

You are required to get your Company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 with the main object for MLM and are also required to obtain the necessary permissions from Government Departments.

You engage a local advocate who is familiar with Registration formalities. He will guide to get registered the new company and to obtain all relevant permissions.

Sir i am sorry, i have discussed with many related advocate in jharkhand but i found no one to fix my issues. I will be thankful to you if you will attach me a file(doc/pdf) related to my mlm business for registration and legal issues to which i can follow.

Note: our company will be just like "Amway India Enterprises"
