Myself PRakash Shetty NRI, booked a underconstruction flat in pune.
Already paid by cheque for 15% of total COst.
My Query is , I dont want to register flat as long as I pay any dues as construction progresses.
Just before 20% balance or before pocession , I want to register and apply for bank loan in India.
In this case If situation arises, Can I sell this property before I register at market value?
OR I must register and then only I can Sell?
I I sell After Registration , Will I get all taxes paid in full?

1.Before registration of flat you can sell the flat but for which you will require to make the builder a party to the sale and hence without its consent you can not fo so.
2.For taxation part consult a tax professional.

If the registration has not been done, builder can transfer the name to purchaser. Please go through the terms of agreement.
