Respected Sir/Madam
Iam Registered with the Bar Council of India in HP High Court on 3/10/2010. I have got my Certificate from the Bar but I could not start my practice in concerned district BAR so far. Please tell me, that I can start my practice now in the district BAR Association. If not then please tell me what to do to go for practice.

There is no legal bar for you to start your practice right now or at some other time of your convenience. This is your private shop. It depends upon you when to opn it and when to close and whether to open it or not.
