dear experts,
A,B,C,D having land each an Extent Ac.1-20 Gts.the same is coming since their fore fathers as the same has to cultivate by them and their family only and not for the sale as per the records. accordingly they are having possession of the land.the land is called GOD'S MANYAM .up to 2003 their names are showing in the revenue records. they went out side from the village for their livelihood as the lands are not cultivated due to drought. in 2004 W,X,Y,Z got registration on their names in the Registrar office by the influence of the village head.A,B,C,D never went to any registration office to execute the Regd.Sale Deed.Please note that Photos A,B,C,got some where But photo of D is not there in the sale deed in that place some one photo affixed.the entire matter is run by one the village head and his signature is on the deed as one of the witness.A,B,C,D are un-educated and came to know this RECENTLY. we wait for your valuable advice and guidance. than q in advance.

A bare reading of the query makes it a clear case of FRAUD. Approach the Court of law for cancellation of the sale deed executed infavour of "WXYZ" also for getting back the possession of the property. Of Course you have to give relevant documents to the Court to show that the ancestors of ABCD and later ABCD were in physical possession of the Property.

Apart from filing case in the court for cancellation of deed, taking possession of the same, Lodge FIR / criminal complaint against the culprits.

Yes, both civil suit for declaration of deed as null and void and criminal case of cheating and fraud shall lie.
