Registration cancellation

if the claimant not occupied the property with in 30 years then falls under the cancellation ?

No rules could be made on your own.

Once the property is registered on some one's name he would be the absolute owner irrespective of whether he occupies it or not.

it is agriculture land and Pahani is on my father name latest ec showing on my father name only from 1982 to 2017.
