Registration certificate

Hello expert,
I intend to start a computer training institute and issue certificate upon the course completion.
Do I need to register with any govt. authority for issuing certificates to the students?
Is any registration no. required to be printed on the certificates given by me?

You should get registration with Department of Technical Education as well as under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. Both issue registration no. and is should be better if you mention both over the proposed certificates.

I plan to teach
Tally & excel
Practical training on filing of returns &
Writing the accounts of a company.

Even in this case registration with Department of technical education is required?
Pls mention the procedure for registration.

Those certificate has no relevance unless has the approval of HRD and AICTE.

MANY TRAIN PEOPLE WITH OUT THOSE RECOGNITION.
YOU CAN ALSO DO BUT UNLESS YOUR INSTITUTE DEVELOPS A GOODWILL IN THE MARKET YOUR STUDENTS MAY NOT GET EMPLOYMENT.
