Whether Registration of Charge created by way of Pledge with ROC is required under new Companies Act, 2013?

PLEDGE OF MOVEABLE GOODS IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED. HOWEVER THE DEED EXECUTED COVERS RIGHT IN IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY THEN SUCH DEED REQUIRES REGISTRATION UNDER S. 17 OF THE REGISTRATION ACT 1908.
