Is the Registration of dispute land(when case is pending in high court) is a crime? let us know the consequences of it?

actually its not a crime, incase that case against you, you could not able to recover, any way give full details of land and dispute

No it is no crime though the person may be punished for contempt of court if the transfer was made in violation of any specific order/injunction of the court.

We made a sale deed of above said dispute property and now he(vendee) is saying that he cant pay out the amount as he under go police remand for vilation of the court order.
please let us how we can convince him the vendee in this case

The vendor shall not concede the fact of pendency of court case
With the knowledge of the case, the buyer can buy the property
