WHY YOU POSE QUESTIONS IN emi,???????
The court can recognize certain terms beyond the suit property, nothing bad about that.
however any compromise arrived at between parties even with in ambit of suit if creates
transfer of right /title/or interest in immovable property, then such a compromise even if verified by court and a decree drawn on its basis,SHALL AS OF LEGAL NECESSITY OF SECTION17 OF REGISTRATION ACT DOES REQUIRE REGISTRATION.

If court has passed the decree of the documents, been stamped properly then the entries to be passed by the related dptt.,hence no registration is required.

If the decree relates to transfer of property, the deed has to be registered to give effect to the decree.
