but is a sale/gift/mortgage/exchange possible to be entered into oraly
what is the effect of not registering a document which requires registration manditorily....
can such document be used in court or not?
moot question is what is the importance/object of registration act 1908????

As per section 17 of the registration act, registration of specified document is required.
In case no registration then as per section 49/50 of the registration act attracts.
