Registration of Marriage

Respected Sir

Marriage between A & B has already taken place as per religious rites, they already have an issue out of this marriage and is not registered as per Civil Law. Can their marriage be Registered under Portuguese civil Code or Civil Law before Sub Registrar? Please advice.

Consult the concerned marriage registrar office, know the procedure for delayed registration, complete the formality and proceed.
