IS THERE IS ANY SEPRATE PROVISION FOR MAKING A DOCUMENT,RELATED TO THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN TWO FIRMS RATHER THAN TWO INDIVIDUALS ?

1. two or more persons can enter into a partnership firm.

2. it presuposses that onlu a "person" can enter into a partnership firm.

3. Firm has no distinct identity from its partners. thus partnership firm is not a seprate person.

conclusion:
partnership can not enter into other partnership firm as partner.
similarly a partnership firm can not hold shares of any company in its own name.

All the partners whether two partnership firms enter into partnerships or two individual enter into partners are having separate indentity and status hence no two partners should be same person/s.
