Dear Expert,
Sub:- Registered my father house after his expired .
My father expired 2003 and created house with self earning and alone brother expired 2012.
My bother married with 2 women.
1st wife – left our house without divorce after 18 months after married since 1993 .She had no son / daughter . and we do not any idea about her alive .
2nd wife – have a 5 years old son and got Govt. Jobs after brother expired, She want to stay the working place and want to left our house. Before she left , I want to pay her son’s share on the property .She is tell me you will pay me any substantial amount for her son of his share on grand father property and not want to any legal document.
Pl. advice how I can go ahead ? Please clarify .
1) A will is made by my mother on her share in my name on stamp paper and registered her will with the registrar office.
2) 2nd wife son share pay to her on stamp paper and registered with registrar office.
The above both documents are valid documents and through its I can registered my father house in my name or other documents are required , if yes please advice the documents and procedure.

As the ownership involves minor person, permission from court is necessary.
Consult a Local Lawyer.
Or wait till the minor attains the age of 18.
