Hi,
This is regarding registration of new apartment.
Sale Agreement was executed in mine and my Father's Name. Now during registration, in the Sale Deed my father does not want his name to be included. Is this possible?
He is a joint borrower in the home loan.

Lender/Bank may not agree.

Take help of the concerned bank for procedure, if any. Nobody, except the bank can say for sure about bank's policy.

Discuss with the Banker, assure them that the liability of your father would continue and primary security would be the purchased property in full. The arrangement would not effect adversely / dilute the liability as your father would remain co-borrower.
Sale deed Can be executed in your name if all parties (you, your father, seller, Bank) have no objection.
