dear sir
the association of persons is necessary to get registration if so under which law ? we would like to form an association of persons but i confused where i have register AoP in Andhra Pradesh if some one said as association of persons need not be get registration but i wants to register it please be inform me the process

There can be many kind of association of persons. It may be for forming a political party, employees association in some concern, some trust, partnership, company, society, NGO or such other organization.
Without purpose, basic structure of association of person no advise can be given.

First of all decide which type of association of persons is to be got registered because the process is different for different types of AOP.

If the objective of the proposed Association is non profit and charitable in nature, i.e, to promote the welfare of the members, then u may register the Association under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. If the objective is profit making and sharing of the professional work, then u may consider registering it as partnership firm or a pvt limited company.
