Dear Experts , here i am in clarify that one un- authorised society member was solded the land plots to housing society members with out any legal documents or agreements obtained from actual land holder ,in turn the person is not an a secretary of society the society was termiinated in 1979-80 period .but the person saying iam the society secratry and missguided the land holder and taken huze notarised individual agreements in 1984, on said land on [as per old 1st agreement 1974.] and obtained conditional gpa attorney from land lords in 1984 [ the gpa was revoked by land lord in 1988.] and solded the plots to previous society members which was terminated under co-op socities act in 1979-80 ,in fact the person selfstyled secretary not having fresh agreements or deeds obtained from land lords.after termination of said society , now the problem arised between previous society members and some of the members was not concerned to old teminated society also, and between land lords and the person was not fullfilled as per old agreement1974 the balance of amounts not payied to land lords , sir dear experts how to face the case kindly answer to my querry. urgent. and the land in question was not transfered in the name of old first society acording to 1974 agreement. up to 1980 still date by land lords ,
