Registry of Property

Plz help sir!
I have a property here in Jalandhar(Punjab) against which i want to take loan from bank as mortgage. There has been no registry of the property and i have TS1 certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation as the only document showing my ownership on the property.
Plz tell me is the TS1 certificate sufficient document for getting loan from bank?

STATE FIRST HOW THE PROPERTY AND ITS POSSESSION CAME IN YOUR HANDS TO JUSTIFY YOU AS OWNER AND HAVING TITLE WITH ABSOLUTE TRANSFERABLE RIGHTS,ONLY THEN A PROPER GUIDANCE CAN BE EFFECTIVELY GIVEN TO YOU.

It is depends upon the existings norms in the Bank. So approach Bank authorities.They can guide you.

I HV BEEN RESIDING IN THIS PROPERTY FOR THE PAST 40+ YEARS AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE TITLE OF THIS PROPERTY THROUGH SUCCESSION AS A LEGAL HEIR
