my relatives are in judicial remand(father,mother and sister in law including son)since 15 days, as daughter in law committed suicide by hanging. no suicide note or any witness available. committed suicide due to unknown reason...but police lodge fIR on the advice of parents of deceased. kindly suggest some supreme court's direction or judgment in support for bail

when it comes to bail...the facts are more relevant than the interpretation of law.
better visit some local lawyer and find out what kind of offences/ acts are attributed to the accused and how many of them can be bailed out at this stage.
a lot depends upon the intensity of allegations and the prima facie proof available with the court while deciding upon the application for bail.

we have applied in cjm , neither refusing nor giving us bail, just saying to our layer "wait". mean while our layer got interim for one week for three female relatives who were absconding in same fir.our layer got interim from sesion judge of other district
