If anyone could explain the legal differences/implications between Regulated, Restricted, Prohibited, Banned.

These are english words afterall

Regulated: Directed as per Rules

Restricted: Limited

Prohibited: Forbidden (specially by law)

Banned: Barred by law.

Sir it is not a question of online tution. Law is such a vast subject, even for seasoned advocates they are learning new things daily. Nobody can claim that he knows everything about law. Hope you take things in good spirit.
