(Querist) 11 May 2019 This query is : Resolved
Arbitrary use of power by air force authority and issued a discharge book on 10 March 99 which was irrelevant and prejudice as per Air force act sec 80 sec 9 sec 122(5) and AFR sec 146(2), At about 10 grivences were closed by vague replies by air force authority in CPGRAMS . Still my grivences DARPG/D/2019/00812,,02687 pending, All related documents are displayed in ex Sgt VK Katiyar twitter. Above all incident would be a violation of Air force act and Air force rules by air force authority and a travesty of justice. ALL air force act 1950 and AFR 1969 displayed on internet

What were you doing during elapsed period of 20 years, if you knew that authorities have issued discharge book arbitrarily on 10th March 1999?
How can you claim that the provision applied in your case are irrelevant?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 13 May 2019
You did not mention your grievance/ problem for consideration and obligation of experts.
It would be advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters (especially Air Force Act, 1950 as well as AF Rules for better appreciation of facts/ documents, guidance and proceeding.

Due to lack of knowledge and misguided by AIr force authorities. HQ MC IAF has conducted a court martial on 14 Nov 98 which was irrelevant and prejudice as per AFA sec 73 notes 10.2 and notes 13.1 states that Although the definition of NCO includes an acting NCO,A court martial does not deal with acting rank. My self 669398 ex cpl (Actg paid sgt) VK katiyar
